How do I find the right product quickly?

Type a word into the search box, such as the product you sell or the style you want, and the list narrows as you type. You can also pick a range from the drop-down to see only that group.

Is every product made to my size?

Yes. Each product is cut to the measurements you send in mm, so the sizes on product pages are starting points rather than fixed stock sizes.

What does the price on each product mean?

It is the lowest unit price we quote for that product at volume. Your own price depends on size, material, print, finish and quantity, and comes back by email within one working day.

Can I order two different products together?

Yes. A shipping carton is often paired with a printed product box, or a box with matching labels. Send both in one request and we quote them together.

I cannot see the product I need. Can you still make it?

Often, yes. Send a photo or a short description with the sizes, and we tell you whether it can be made and what it would cost.

Do you send a design proof for every product?

Yes. A free digital proof comes before anything is printed, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

How long does production take?

Production takes 4–7 working days after proof approval for most products. Delivery to the UK mainland then takes 2–3 working days, free and tracked.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No. We deliver to UK addresses only, with free tracked delivery to the UK mainland.

How do I check the size before the full run?

Send your product measurements, or the product itself if it is small, and we check the fit on the free design proof. The proof shows the flat layout to size, so you can see exactly where the print sits before anything is made.

What if my order arrives misprinted or damaged?

Report it within 10 days with a photo. We reprint or refund the items affected, as set out in the returns and reprints policy.
