Cost
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on every order, and every parcel or pallet is tracked. The tracking link is emailed when your boxes leave production.
Where We Deliver
We supply UK businesses and deliver to the UK mainland. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands, please ask before ordering. We do not deliver outside the UK.
How Boxes Arrive
Corrugated and card boxes are delivered flat, in bundles or outer cartons. Rigid boxes are delivered built, packed to protect the corners. Large orders may arrive on a pallet; tell us about any access limits, such as no lift or a narrow entrance, when you order.
Deadlines
If you need boxes by a particular date, tell us when you request your custom quote. We will say whether the date is realistic before you approve the proof.
Problems on Arrival
Check the boxes when they arrive. Report damage or misprints within 10 days with a photo and we reprint or refund the boxes affected. See returns and reprints.

Can I choose a delivery day?
Tell us your deadline when you order and we will plan production around it where we can.
What if nobody is in?
The courier will follow their usual redelivery or safe-place process, shown on the tracking page.
How are boxes packed?
Flat boxes are packed in cartons or bundles; built rigid boxes are packed to protect corners.
What if boxes arrive damaged?
Report it within 10 days with a photo and we reprint or refund the affected boxes.
