What We Do

Shop Custom Boxes supplies made-to-order boxes to UK businesses: mailer and shipping boxes for online orders, product and retail boxes for shelves, and rigid, magnetic and gift boxes for products where presentation matters. Every box is cut to the size you give us in millimetres, printed with your artwork and finished the way you choose.

Boxes are only part of an order for many customers. The same team prints the labels that go on the jar, the tissue that goes round the product, the cards that go in the lid and the menus, tickets and signs that sit around it, so one custom quote can cover the lot.

What You Can Order From Us

• Postal packaging: mailers, shipping cartons and corrugated boxes in our shipping and mailer boxes range, sized to the product so it does not rattle in transit.
• Shelf and product packaging: tuck end, window, sleeve and pillow boxes, collected in retail and product boxes, plus dedicated ranges for cosmetics, candles, soap and food.
• Presentation boxes: rigid, magnetic and drawer boxes in luxury and gift boxes for products where the opening matters.
• Takeaway and food packaging: pizza, burger, bakery and food trays in food and takeaway packaging, with liners and wrapping papers alongside.
• Labels and stickers: product labels, seals, die-cut stickers and wall decals in labels and stickers, cut to any shape.
• Stationery: notepads, folders, letterheads and similar office items in printed stationery.
• Marketing and event print: flyers, posters, invitations, tickets, table tents and table covers in marketing print.
• Inside the box: tissue paper, inserts, packing tape and paper shred in box extras.

How We Work

We keep the process plain. You send the details; we reply with a custom quote by email within one working day. We place your artwork on the layout and send a free design proof, and we revise it until you approve it. Nothing is printed before that approval. Orders are made in 4–7 working days after you approve, and delivered free and tracked to the UK mainland in 2–3 working days.

If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, tell us within 10 days and we reprint or refund the items affected.

Who We Work With

Online shops, makers, food producers, beauty and wellbeing brands, clothing labels, event planners and businesses sending gifts to clients and staff. Some order a short first run to test a design; others reorder the same box every few weeks. Minimum order quantities are kept low and set for each job, so both are welcome.
