What We Collect
When you use a form on this site, email us, call, message us on WhatsApp or use the chat, we receive the details you give us. Usually that is your name, business name, email address, phone number, box details and any artwork or logo files you attach. When you use Design Your Box and send the form, the picture of your logo on the box is sent with it.
How We Use It
- To prepare and send your custom quote and design proof.
- To make and deliver your order, and to handle reprints or refunds.
- To reply to questions and keep a record of what was agreed.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your artwork for anything except your order.
Who We Share It With
Only those who help us deliver your order or run the site: couriers, our email and hosting providers, and the chat service on this site. Each receives only what it needs.
Cookies and Analytics
This site only sets what it needs to run. If analytics are enabled, they measure visits in aggregate to help us improve the site. The chat window may store a small identifier in your browser so a conversation can continue.
How Long We Keep It
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or order, and afterwards for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
