Ordering Step by Step

  1. Send your details. Use the quote form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Box style, internal size in mm, quantity and a logo are enough to start.
  2. Receive your custom quote. We reply by email within one working day with the price and the specification.
  3. Approve the free design proof. We place your artwork on the flat box layout. Ask for as many changes as you need.
  4. Production. Boxes are made in 4–7 working days after you approve the proof.
  5. Delivery. Free tracked delivery to the UK mainland in 2–3 working days, with a tracking link by email.

Artwork

The best files are PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with fonts outlined and images at 300 dpi. A high-resolution PNG or JPG of your logo is fine to start the proof. If you only have a rough idea, describe it and the team will lay out a first version on the proof for you to react to.

On the proof, check spelling, colours, logo position and the box sizes. Approving the proof confirms the specification, so take a moment with it.

Payment

Payment details are sent with your confirmed custom quote. Production starts once the proof is approved and payment is arranged.

Reorders

To reorder, tell us your previous order and the quantity. If nothing has changed we can go straight to production after you confirm; if you want to change the artwork, we send a new proof.

Something Not Right?

Report misprints or damage within 10 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint or refund the boxes affected. The returns and reprints page has the details.

How do I place an order?

Send your box details through the quote form, approve the custom quote, then approve the free design proof.

How do I pay?

Payment details are included with your confirmed quote.

Can I change my order after approving the proof?

Contact us straight away. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

How do I track my delivery?

We email a tracking link when your boxes leave production.

Can I reorder the same boxes?

Yes. Tell us the previous order and the quantity, and we quote the reorder.

What artwork formats do you accept?

PDF, AI, EPS and SVG are best. High-resolution PNG and JPG also work.

Can you help with design?

We place your logo or artwork on the box layout free of charge.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm UK time.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or the islands?

Free delivery covers the UK mainland. Ask us about other UK addresses before ordering.

How do I report a problem with my boxes?

Email a photo within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the affected boxes.
