Quotes

Each custom quote states the box style, size, board, print, finish, quantity and price. It applies to that specification only; if the specification changes, we send a new quote.

Orders and Proofs

An order is confirmed when you accept the quote and approve the design proof. The approved proof is the specification we produce to, so please check dimensions, spelling, colours and artwork placement carefully.

Artwork

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and text you send us. We use your artwork only to make your order.

Production and Delivery

Production takes 4–7 working days after proof approval. Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free and tracked and takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Dates are estimates; we will tell you promptly if anything changes.

Colour and Quantities

Printed colours can vary slightly from colours on screen and between print runs. Any quantity tolerance is stated on your quote.

Misprints and Damage

Report misprints or damage within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund the boxes affected, as set out in our returns and reprints policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel before production starts without charge. After production starts, costs already incurred may apply because boxes are made to your specification.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
