Custom Parchment Paper
Custom parchment paper is a silicone-coated baking sheet that stops bakes sticking to trays and tins, cut to the sizes your kitchen actually uses and printed with your logo if you want it seen. Bakeries, cafes and food businesses use it to line trays, wrap bakes and present food on a board or in a box.

What Makes Parchment Different From Greaseproof
The two are often confused, but they behave differently. Greaseproof paper resists grease and works well for wrapping, but it is not coated, so cakes and biscuits can still stick to it in the oven. Parchment paper has a thin silicone coating on one or both sides, which gives it a genuine non-stick surface and lets it handle oven heat without the bake welding itself to the sheet.
That non-stick quality is why parchment is the professional choice for lining baking trays, cake tins and loaf pans. Meringues lift off cleanly, cookies slide off whole, and sticky traybakes come away without leaving their edges behind. Kitchens also use it for cooking fish and vegetables en papillote, rolling pastry and separating layers of chilled dough or portions in the freezer.
Because the coating seals the surface, parchment also holds up when wet or greasy, which makes it useful for wrapping and serving as well as baking. Cold items that need no heat resistance are wrapped in our wax paper sheets for cold wrapping.
Cutting Parchment to Your Trays and Tins
Rolls of parchment waste time and paper. Staff measure, tear, trim and often still end up with a sheet that curls back over the bake. Pre-cut sheets sized exactly to your trays drop straight in and lie flat, so lining a full rack of trays takes seconds rather than minutes. For a busy bakery, that adds up to real time saved every morning.
The most common sheet sizes match standard baking trays, from half-size sheet pans to full-size bakery trays. Round sheets cut to cake tin diameters line the base of sandwich tins and springform tins neatly. Loaf liners and muffin cups are also made from parchment for a tidy, ready-to-use fit. Measure the inside of your trays or tins and we will cut to match.
Allow for the walls of the tray. A sheet cut to the exact base size leaves the sides bare, which is fine for biscuits but not for brownies or traybakes that need lining up the edges. For those, ask for sheets a little larger than the base with the corners notched, so the paper folds up the sides without bunching. Cake tins often need a round for the base and a strip for the sides, which we can cut as a matched pair. Our method for measuring a tray for sheets covers lips and rolled rims.

Printing Your Logo on Parchment Paper
Plain parchment does its job invisibly, but printed parchment works front of house too. Cafes and bakeries use printed sheets to line serving boards, baskets and trays, so every pastry or slice of cake sits on a sheet carrying their name. Takeaway food wrapped in printed parchment arrives at the customer looking branded and cared for.
Printing is usually one or two colours, often a logo or a repeat pattern that covers the sheet. Light, fine patterns let the food remain the star, while a bold repeat logo suits street food and sandwich wraps. Food-contact grade inks and paper are available on request; tell us how the sheets will be used, whether in the oven, for wrapping or for serving, so we can recommend the right specification.
If sheets will be used only for presentation and wrapping, rather than baking, we can suggest whether a printed greaseproof paper might suit your budget better.
Using Parchment in the Kitchen
Parchment is reliable at normal baking temperatures, but every paper has a recommended maximum, so check the specification for your sheets and keep it away from direct flame and grill elements. Sheets cut to fit the tray, rather than overhanging the edges, are less likely to brown at the margins or lift in a fan oven.
Some sheets can be wiped and reused for a few batches of dry bakes such as biscuits, which suits home bakers and small kitchens. For sticky, sugary or high-fat bakes, a fresh sheet each time gives the cleanest result. Store sheets flat and dry, away from steam, so they stay easy to separate.
Coated side matters on single-sided parchment. The silicone face should go up, towards the bake, and it is usually the slightly glossier side. If your team is unsure, double-sided coating removes the guesswork, and it is worth considering for kitchens with frequent staff changes. Loaf tins take the folded loaf pan liners cut to the tin instead of a flat sheet.
Kitchens That Order Custom Parchment
Artisan and high-street bakeries are the largest group, ordering pre-cut sheets for trays and rounds for cakes, often printed for counter display. Cafes use printed sheets to line serving boards and cake stands. Restaurants and hotel kitchens use plain pre-cut parchment for pastry sections and en papillote dishes.
Street-food traders and sandwich shops use printed parchment as a wrap for burgers, wraps and baguettes. Cake makers and cookery schools use rounds and loaf liners. Meal-kit companies include pre-cut parchment in their boxes so customers can bake without hunting for a roll in the cupboard.
Chocolatiers and confectioners use parchment as a non-stick surface for setting tempered chocolate, caramel and brittle, where a clean release is essential. Bakeries that sell sheets to customers use our baking paper packs for retail.
Packed and Delivered the Way Kitchens Need
Pre-cut parchment is supplied in packs, usually boxed or wrapped in reams, so you can keep one pack open by the oven and the rest sealed in the store room. Interleaved packs, where sheets separate easily, are worth asking about for very fast lining. If you serve food on printed sheets, keep a separate pack front of house so the presentation sheets stay clean and flat.
Think about how much you use. A bakery that lines many trays a day gets through parchment quickly, and running out mid-shift means going back to rolls. Ordering in line with your weekly usage, with a little buffer, keeps the kitchen running smoothly. Packs can carry a printed band or labels for the pack with the sheet count.
Measure Your Trays Inside the Lip
Pre-cut parchment only saves time if it drops into the tray without trimming, so measure each tray inside the lip, not across the rim, and send us those sizes with a rough count of sheets you use each week. Most kitchens settle on two sizes, a full tray and a half tray, plus rounds for cake tins. Decide plain or printed, because a logo on the sheet only pays when the sheet is seen, under a tart at the counter or around a takeaway loaf, and single-colour print keeps the cost sensible. Say if you want interleaved packs for faster lining. For printed sheets, send a vector logo or a repeat tile, and the free proof shows it at full size on the sheet. A custom quote comes by email within one working day, minimums are low and quoted per job so a small bakery can order printed sheets without a huge stock, and sheets are produced in 4 to 7 working days after approval with free tracked UK mainland delivery. Circles for sandwich tins are cut as our round baking paper for cake tins.

Parchment Paper Questions
What buyers ask before ordering parchment paper.
What is the difference between parchment and greaseproof paper?
Parchment has a silicone coating that gives it a non-stick surface for baking. Greaseproof resists grease but is not coated, so bakes can stick to it in the oven.
Can you cut parchment to my baking tray size?
Yes. Measure the inside of your trays or tins and we cut sheets to match, so they drop in and lie flat.
Do you make round sheets for cake tins?
Yes, round sheets are cut to your tin diameters, usually 6, 8 and 10 inch, and loaf liners are available for loaf tins. Tell us the tin sizes and we cut to them. Rounds and rectangles can share one order.
Can my logo be printed on parchment?
Yes, usually in one or two colours, either as a single logo in a corner or a repeat pattern across the sheet. The ink is heat-stable for baking. A repeat pattern shows wherever the sheet is folded.
Are printed sheets suitable for baking?
Food-contact grade inks and paper are available on request. Tell us whether the sheets go in the oven, wrap food or line serving boards so we can recommend the right specification.
What temperature can parchment handle?
Parchment handles normal baking temperatures, but each paper has a recommended maximum. Check the specification for your sheets and keep them away from grills and flames.
Can parchment sheets be reused?
Sheets used for dry bakes such as biscuits can often be wiped and reused a few times. Sticky or high-fat bakes are best on a fresh sheet.
How are pre-cut parchment sheets packed for a bakery?
Pre-cut sheets come in boxed or wrapped packs of a stated count, so a kitchen can see at a glance how many are left. Interleaved packs let staff pull one sheet at a time. Rounds are packed separately from rectangles.
Is printed parchment good for wrapping takeaway food?
Yes. Its coated surface holds up well with greasy or moist food, which makes it a smart branded wrap for sandwiches and burgers.
How long until printed parchment reaches a bakery?
Production takes 4 to 7 working days after you approve the free proof, then free tracked UK mainland delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. Plain sheets with no proof stage are quicker. Reorders use the same print file.
Can a small bakery order 500 printed parchment sheets?
Yes, minimums are low and quoted per job, so a first run of a few hundred printed sheets is normal. Short runs are priced per job rather than per thousand. Plain sheets can be ordered in smaller quantities again.
