Nappies are sold in sizes based on baby weight, from newborn up to junior and pull-up styles. The most reliable way to size a nappy box is to start from your packed inner bag. Measure the compressed pack for each nappy size and count you sell, and send us the dimensions. Many brands use one box footprint across several sizes and vary only the height, which keeps the shelf display tidy. Strength, Handles and Opening

A box of nappies is light for its size but bulky, and it gets carried, stacked, dropped on doorsteps and pulled open by tired parents. Clear Information on Every Panel

Parents need to find the right nappy size quickly, often in a hurry. Make the size number and the weight range the largest elements after your brand name, and repeat them on at least two sides so they are visible however the box is stacked. For own-label ranges, a consistent template across all sizes keeps the range together on shelf. Change only the size number, colour band and count from box to box. This makes it simpler to add new sizes later and to order several versions in a single run.

If your brand sells through both shops and its own website, keep the shelf carton and the subscription mailer visibly related. The same colours, illustration style and size codes on both mean a parent who first found you in a shop instantly recognises the box on their doorstep, and vice versa.
